【zabbix】ログに「 cannot send list of active checks to “127.0.0.1”」が出続ける

以下エラーがずっと出てる。
「/var/log/zabbix/zabbix_server.log」も「/var/log/zabbix/zabbix_agent.log」両方に。

 20506:20180328:195403.760 cannot send list of active checks to "127.0.0.1": host [AZRAEL] not found

「設定」-「ホスト」のホスト名をサーバのhostnameと合わせてあげると、きれいになった！
