hiberfil.sysとは
Windowsが休止状態（メモリ内容を内部ストレージに保存する）に移行する際に、状態を書き込んでおくためのファイル。
休止状態を使わなかったり、容量に困っていたら消してあげたい。
コマンドプロンプトを管理者権限で開いて実行。
