【OpenVPN】「There are no TAP-Windows adapters on this system.」と出てVPNがつながらない

Deleteのバッチを管理者権限で起動し、Addのバッチを管理者権限で起動する。

TAPはOpenVPN用のネットワークデバイスドライバのようで、それが消えてしまっていたため接続できなかったみたい。
なんでかはわからん
